This is a pre-booking for a resort that is currently in the funding and development stage. By pre-booking, you acknowledge that the resort opening is subject to successful funding and construction completion.
Full 100% refund if construction does not begin by December 31, 2026. 50% refund for cancellations made 90+ days before your booked check-in date. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of check-in are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
A legally binding pre-booking agreement will be sent to your email for digital signature after payment. Booking confirmation is conditional on the signed contract being returned within 14 days.
Founding member prices are locked at the time of booking and will not increase regardless of opening-day pricing. Prices are in USD and inclusive of all listed package features.
Specific room assignment is subject to availability at the time of check-in. Founding members receive priority room selection over non-founding bookings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Material changes that affect your refund rights or pricing will always require your explicit consent.
