Your data is used solely to process your pre-booking, send you the digital contract, and provide updates about the resort's construction progress. We do not sell your personal data.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and never accessible to Sparklers Beach Resort.
We retain your booking data for the duration of the pre-booking period and for 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
